HOW TO CUSTOMIZE A PIECE OF JEWELLERY?
To customise your jewellery or your jewellery collection, you can :
- Create it using our real-time digital design custom product builder,
- If you are a Talisfriends program member: fill in a form to brief our design studio, who will get back to you with their suggestions in under 5 days.
By asking a few questions to identify your expectations, we will be able to send you unique collection suggestions.
ARE THERE JEWELLERY COLLECTIONS WITHOUT CUSTOMISATION?
Yes. We’ve selected several pieces of jewellery for you that best represent the jewellery style of our brand. Some of them are kept in stock, allowing you to wear them or gift them quickly. For rings and other jewellery made to order, there is an average lead time of 4 to 6 weeks.
DO YOU OFFER LIMITED EDITIONS?
We are working on limited editions and on collaborations with artists. We’re interested in hearing your opinions, so we can design what would be most meaningful to you. If you want to contribute to our creations, sign up to our Talisfriends program.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE TALISMAN BY JEWELLERY MADE IN THE COLOURS OF OR WITH THE EMBLEMS OF A COMPANY OR CLUB?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE THE TALISMAN BY JEWELLERY IN STORE?
A selection of jewellery from the permanent collection is presented at Mad Lords in Deauville. We regularly host pop up stores in Paris: subscribe to our newsletter to know all the dates!
IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE FROM REAL PRECIOUS METALS?
Yes, all our precious metals are purchased from RJC-approved dealers to ensure their traceability. They are hallmarked to show their authenticity.
All of our jewellery is engraved with a unique individual number, except in rare cases where the jewellery is too small for this (e.g. certain Crush Charms). All our jewellery is made from 18-carat gold.

WHAT ARE THE PACKAGING OPTIONS FOR MY JEWELLERY?
All of our jewellery comes in an FSC box (an environmental label that aims to guarantee that wood and its derivatives are produced in a way that ensures sustainable forest management). We also offer gift bags (FSC) and cotton pouches (Fair Trade). You can choose not to receive the three elements to help us reduce our environmental impact. Simply untick the box of those you want to remove, in your basket.
HOW TO CHOOSE MY SIZE?
I HAVE JUST ORDERED MY CUSTOMISED JEWELLERY, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Production begins by creating the rough shape from molten metal. It is then reworked by the workshop, which assembles the various components, sets the gemstones (if you purchased a product with gemstones) and engraves the legal hallmarks along with the individual number where possible. Lastly, the jewellery undergoes a final polish.<br>We will keep you up to date with every step in the creation of your jewellery via email.<br>Once it has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders of products from the permanent collections or Crush Charms can be cancelled or changed prior to shipping by contacting our Customer Service, and you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Orders of custom-made and custom-designed products cannot be cancelled or changed as the jewellery is made specifically for you and is unlikely to suit someone else.
GIFTING ON TALISMAN BY
WHAT ARE THE GIFTS OPTIONS ?
Talisman By offers several gift options:
- Gift card: you can offer an e-gift card, available in different amounts ranging from €200 to €2500. An e-mail will be sent to you with the e-gift card and you can then transfer this digital gift card to the person of your choice.
- Gift message: you can write a personalised message in the cart to accompany the jewellery of your choice and have the jewellery delivered to an address within the European Union.
- Customise a jewel and send a gift promise. Once you have chosen your jewel, if you wish to give it as a gift before receiving the product, we can send you a "gift promise" ,which you can give to the recipient while awaiting the delivery of your creation. Please mention it in the "comments" section of the cart
IS PAYMENT SECURE?
Yes, the payment is completely secure. Our payment partner Stripe complies with PCI-DSS security requirements. A 3DS2 authentication may be requested by your bank.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer. You can also opt for the deferred payment solutions of 40 days or 4 times, at no additional cost, through our partner ALMA.
WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS REFUSED?
If you pay by credit card, it is possible that the amount of your order exceeds a limit authorised by your bank. In this case, you should prefer to pay by bank transfer or PayPal, or by using one of the deferred payment solutions.

WHERE IS TALISMAN BY JEWELLERY MADE?
Talisman By jewellery is made in Italy in workshops renowned for their artisanal jewellery expertise that work for the most famous Place Vendôme brands. They are RJC-certified, meaning they follow a strict code of practice that provides guarantees to consumers regarding extraction conditions and the traceability of the materials used.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SHIELDS ?
Talisman By offers many different options for customising shields: sizes, colours of gold, gem-setting, cut stones, symbols and more. You can customise them according to your wishes, your values and your story. We chose the shield for its universality.
HOW TO WEAR CRUSH CHARMS?
The Crush Charms have a clasp that attaches to the jump rings hidden behind our jewellery.
CAN A CHARM BE CUSTOMISED?
Some Crush Charms can be customised. If this is the case, they can be engraved with a word, an initial, a number or a short first name.
HOW TO INTEGRATE A FAMILY STONE INTO MY CUSTOMISED JEWELLERY?
The addition of family stones on one of our jewellery pieces will soon be available on the site.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENGRAVE PERSONAL ELEMENTS ?
It depends on the size of the shield. To avoid disappointment, we are building an inspiration gallery of possible engravings according to the size of the shield. These symbols are ones that can be engraved on your gold shields. If you want a particular symbol, please send it to us by downloading it in the “Customized shield” option in the custom product builder. Of course, we reserve the right to refuse any request for engraving that is contrary to our values.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY AREAS?
Talisman By delivers in France, DROM-COM and the European Union. The shipping cost is 15€. Delivery in Metropolitan France is free for all orders over 150€.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
The jewels indicated "In stock" are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery generally takes 24 to 72 hours depending on the delivery location. Jewellery made to order is dispatched within 6 weeks on average.
To ensure the security of your delivery, the parcels will be given to you against signature by the carrier (Colissimo for France, DHL for the EU). In case of absence, you can reschedule the delivery directly with the carrier.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A PIECE OF JEWELLERY?
For ready-to-wear jewellery, without customisation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. Customised jewellery cannot be returned due to the unique nature of this product, which cannot be resold.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
If you wish to return a non-customised product, please contact our Customer Service and state the reasons for your return request. If the product is defective, send photos of the item concerned. The jewellery must be returned within 14 days following receipt of your order, at your own expense. In the event of Product depreciation caused by handling other than that needed to determine the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product, the Client may be held liable. A quality check of the Product will be conducted to ensure that it has not been modified before being returned.
If the returned Product meets the conditions below, you will then receive a refund in the 14 days following receipt of your product by our team, to the payment method used for the original order.

MY JEWELLERY: MAINTENANCE AND GUARANTEE
WHAT ARE THE GUARANTEES FOR MY JEWELLERY?
It is guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
HOW TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE?
Your invoice will automatically be issued in your account when your order is shipped and also sent by email.
HOW IS MY JEWELLERY CERTIFIED?
Each piece of jewellery is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity with its individual identification number.
WHAT MAINTENANCE IS PROVIDED FOR MY JEWELLERY?
We offer an annual restoration service for your jewellery. This involves cleaning it, using ultrasound, and checking its condition. Entrust your jewellery to us every year, for 10 years, on the anniversary of its purchase and we will make it shine!
If we identify any issues, we will send you a quote for the repair work, which you will need to approve before any repairs are carried out.
WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY IS DAMAGED?
It is possible to send us a photo or video of the problem encountered to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org to provide a personalised response at first. Depending on the problem encountered, we might need to receive the product in order to analyse and find a solution.
WHAT IF I'M WRONG ABOUT THE SIZE?
Please contact our Customer Service if you have a size error: however, if you refer to our size guide beforehand, the risk of error should be minimal!
CAN A NECKLACE BE EXTENDED?
Yes, this service is available on quotation, please contact our Customer Service for this.
CAN TALISMAN BY JEWELLERY BE TRANSFORMED ?
Whether you want to add a second letter to an existing Crush Charm, a second plaque (round or fine) or mount the shield on a chain, jewellery can be transformed in most cases. Contact us and we will draw up a quote for these changes.
CAN A PIECE OF JEWELLERY BE CUSTOMISED AFTERWARDS?
Jewellery can be customised afterwards but only engraving is possible.
